My Story
Hey Everyone! Thanks for stopping by to learn a bit about me! I am so excited you are here to learn and grow. I believe we all were created with purpose in mind. Part of my purpose is to empower and inspire you to walk in divine health, spirit, soul, and body. I am not a guru. I am just a girl that knows and loves Jesus with a revelation that Jesus came so you could live your best life in abundance!
My background is unique. I always believed that divine health and healing were a combination of God’s “super” working with your “natural.” In other words, we have a responsibility to work with God toward living this life that He wants us to live.
MY TESTIMONY
As the child of a Pastor’s daughter, I have always been in and around the things of God. From a young age, I can remember going to my mother’s Church of God in Christ regularly. I actively accepted Jesus Christ into my heart at the young age of 6 years old while attending Catholic school.
During my young adolescent and teenage years, I became consumed with doing well in school, sports, and music. I saw the church as just something you had to do on Sundays. Even through all of this, I remained true to what I was being taught in Sunday School and from my parents. I knew my body was a temple, so I did not engage in drug or alcohol abuse or premarital sex. From then till now, this still remains my testimony of the keeping power of God, and I was married as a virgin. At 15, I I was filled with the Spirit with the bible evidence of speaking with other tongues at my church’s youth camp. I became serious about God and rededicated my life the summer of my senior year of high school.
I proceeded to attend Michigan State University (MSU) to attain my Bachelor of Science in Psychology/ Pre-Medicine. I was blessed to be chosen to be a research intern at a medical school in Sofia, Bulgaria, for three months. It was there that God told me of the calling on my life and to make plans to attend Rhema Bible Training Center (RBTC), majoring in pastoral care, after graduating from Michigan State University instead of going to medical school. While at MSU, I had a chance to grow, develop, and mature in God. In college, I was involved in ministry on campus and began my own women’s campus ministry. I was also active in youth ministry in bible school and was a youth ministry intern. While at RBTC, I worked extensively in the prayer and healing school and other ministries.
After completing of my ministerial training, I worked and taught in RBTC Healing School as a healing technician. During that time, I participated in missions trips to India, Indonesia, and Singapore, preaching and teaching the Word of God to various audiences. After leaving Oklahoma, I moved to Jacksonville, Florida, to help at Impact Church. At Impact, I have served in the youth ministry, small group ministry, and ministry of helps. I am currently a staff minister working in education, and prayer, and healing.
While in Jacksonville, I reinvented my campus ministry to serve all women. Virtuous Excellence™ (VE) is what resulted. VE is a holistic ministry specializing in ministry to the total woman's body, spirit, and soul.
